Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all RI MI tags attached to ensure the product remains in brand-new condition during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
